These Terms and Conditions ("T&C") govern the use of the Asset Management System (AMS) provided by Majlis Bandaraya Johor Bahru ("Company") for internal purposes. All users accessing or utilizing the AMS agree to comply with these terms.
1.1 The AMS is designed for the internal management of company assets, including but not limited to tracking, allocation, maintenance, and disposal.
1.2 This system is intended for authorized personnel only and must not be used for any purposes beyond those outlined by the Company.
2.1 Access to the AMS is restricted to employees, contractors, and other authorized personnel of the Company.
2.2 Each user is assigned unique credentials, which must not be shared with or disclosed to unauthorized individuals.

5.1 The Company strives to ensure that the AMS is available and functioning as intended. However, no guarantee is made regarding uninterrupted availability.
5.2 Periodic maintenance may be scheduled to improve system performance or apply necessary updates. Users will be notified in advance of any planned downtime, whenever possible.
5.3 In the event of system errors or outages, users must report issues to the IT department immediately.
6.1 The Company is not liable for any loss or damage arising from misuse of the AMS or failure to comply with these terms.
6.2 Users may be held accountable for any actions that compromise system security, integrity, or functionality.
